SECTION 1 — SMS / TEXT MESSAGING TERMS
Healthcare Revenue Group LLC is a U.S.-based revenue cycle management company helping independent medical practices with 1–7 providers optimize their billing, credentialing, and practice growth through onshore, high-touch RCM services on platforms including eClinicalWorks, NextGen, and ModMed. When you opt in to receive SMS messages from us, you may receive appointment confirmations, discovery call reminders, follow-up communications related to your inquiry, and marketing communications about our revenue cycle management services, billing and credentialing updates, and practice growth solutions.
1A. How to Cancel SMS (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the phone number from which you received our messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

All service fees are agreed upon in a written service agreement prior to engagement. Healthcare Revenue Group LLC reserves the right to require additional information, modify, or cancel any service engagement at any time. All advertised fees and pricing are in U.S. Dollars. Revenue cycle management services are typically priced as a percentage of collected revenue as outlined in the applicable service agreement.
SECTION 7 — Refund Policy
As our services are delivered professionally and on an ongoing basis, fees are considered earned upon delivery of services. Healthcare Revenue Group LLC does not offer refunds on fees once services have been rendered. If you are not satisfied with our services, your recourse is to provide written notice of cancellation going forward in accordance with the terms of your service agreement. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining portion of a billing cycle.

SECTION 8 — Subscription Terms and Automatic Payments
Where applicable, service fees are due on a recurring basis as specified in your service agreement. By engaging our services, you authorize Healthcare Revenue Group LLC to invoice or charge your payment method on each billing date as agreed. Failure to use available services does not relieve you of your payment obligations. You may cancel your engagement at any time in accordance with Section 7.
SECTION 9 — Your Responsibilities
You represent and warrant that you operate a business in good standing and that there are no prior or pending government investigations or prosecutions against you or your business. You agree to use Healthcare Revenue Group's services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to HIPAA where applicable, laws governing healthcare billing and coding, advertising and marketing claims, email marketing (CAN-SPAM Act), and telemarketing (TCPA and FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule).
You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to your practice and business operations. Healthcare Revenue Group LLC does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or compliance advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice on those topics.
SECTION 10 — Testimonials and Reviews
Healthcare Revenue Group LLC welcomes feedback from clients. We may use testimonials, case study results, and reviews in whole or in part, together with the name and location of the person or practice submitting them, for any purpose related to our services and marketing, as we determine in our sole discretion. Testimonials represent the unique experience of the individual practice and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same results. Individual results will vary depending on practice size, specialty, EHR platform, payer mix, and other factors.

Individual results from using Healthcare Revenue Group's services will vary depending on a variety of factors unique to your practice, including your specialty, EHR platform, payer mix, market conditions, current billing processes, and the quality of information provided to us. Healthcare Revenue Group LLC does not promise, guarantee, or warrant specific revenue outcomes, denial rate reductions, or overall practice financial performance.
THE WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS", "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU MAY ONLY BRING CLAIMS IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY.
SECTION 14 — Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Healthcare Revenue Group LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, and settlements, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising from or related to your violation of these Terms, your regulatory non-compliance, or any activity related to your account.
